The Three C’s

While I would love to take multiple international trips throughout the year, real life and responsibilities sometimes keep us stateside. Columbus OH is our current home base but we fit in quite a few trips on an annual basis to Chicago and Charleston. I lived in Chicago for eight years prior to moving back to Ohio and it will always have my heart. I don’t think there is a place on the planet where I’m happier than a sunny summer afternoon in Chicago. In terms of Charleston, we got married there in 2015 and we’ve really fallen in love with the city. Adam often counts down till retirement when we can move that direction. With midwest winters, I can’t really argue with that suggestion! But in the interim, we’re repeat Charleston tourists. Columbus while not technically a destination for us at the moment, may be a destination for others and there are so many favorites I want to share. It has changed tremendously over the last five years and while some people are nervous about the traffic and pace of the growth, the city lover in me says, “Bring it!”. From the breweries to the restaurants, its worth a visit!
